充氣城堡又出事! 被強風吹翻掉落地5童傷
俄羅斯昨天好康CP值超高發生強風意外,將一座充氣城堡給吹到空中後摔落大馬路,上頭五名小朋友全都受傷,過程都被監視器錄了下來。

一陣強風吹來,充氣城堡就這樣飛上空中,旁邊的家長嚇了一大跳,連忙伸手抓,但已經來不及,一群人只好追著跑。

充氣城堡最後掉落在馬路旁,這些年紀介於4到6歲的孩子,跌了出來,大人趕緊把他們抱起來。

調查後發現,綁住充氣城堡的6個支撐點,竟然只有3處固定好,相當危險。

早在兩週前,美國也發生強風吹走充氣屋事件,充氣屋撞倒鄰居的圍籬,當時這家人正在舉辦生日派對,幸好上頭沒有人。

強風釀成的意外不只這幾樁,2017年,美國有充氣溜滑梯吹到天上後,還被電線纏住。

目擊者:「我的天啊...。」

被吹走的男孩:「它往上傾斜,我不覺得自己可以及時出去,所以就抓住繩子飛上空中,我撞到後昏倒了,醒來就聽到警笛聲。」

去年更出現充氣城堡被吹到高速公路上,當時裡面一名9歲男孩困在上頭。目擊者說,當下吹來一陣像龍捲風的強風。

被吹走的男孩:「我暈了過去,之後我唯一還記得的就是,醒來後看到我媽媽停車。」

強風吹走充氣屋的事件層出不窮,尤其如果卡在電線塔上,更加危險,相關單位也提醒家長,讓小孩使用充氣設備時,一定要固定好跟注意安全。


 讀太慢?健保卡擬「虛擬卡」 未來可望綁定手機


我們目前使用的健保IC卡,已經發行15年,資安等級已經不足且讀寫速度太慢,因此健保署正在規劃「新一代健保卡」,目前打算朝「虛擬卡」方向規劃,不排除會綁定手機,或結合應用程式,未來或許帶著一支手機就可以看病。

健保卡最早採用紙本卡片,背面蓋6個章還要更換,93年以後 第一代晶片卡上路,目前全台共有1100萬張,未來二代卡會如何設計,會保留實體卡,還是強制更換為虛擬卡?目前還沒有定案,未來會不會結合行動支付,如何防止駭客入侵,加上新系統安裝也需要成本,發行虛擬卡,還必須克服種種考驗。
